What Is Ready Now
These items have no liquidity or volume prerequisite and can be completed at any time. They do not by themselves achieve a listing.
- Verified BaseScan contract page.
- Stable official domain (
hormuz.meme) with contract address visible. - Repository with deployment scripts, tests, and disclaimers (DISCLAIMER.md, MARKETING-RULES.md).
- Token facts assembled in REGISTRATION-READINESS.md and LISTING-DATA-ROOM.md.
- Final transparent logo files exist locally at the stable 64, 200, 256, 400, and 512 px target paths; deployment and live-byte verification are pending.
- Repository visibility is not treated as public evidence unless independently verified. Reviewers should use the public proof pack and verified BaseScan source.
- Official X
@hormuziansis live. Telegram and Farcaster are not live and must remain blank on forms and public copy. - Self-hosted Uniswap-compatible token list JSON authored and hosted under
hormuz.meme/tokenlist.json.
These produce the artifacts needed to submit anywhere — they are not submissions.
Liquidity — LIVE (gate now cleared)
A Uniswap V3 HORMUZ/USDC pool on Base mainnet is live as of 2026-06-13 (G4-MICRO-LIVE): pool 0x20c497699faf52e25f79d8a66b315d1f264e8674, 1% fee, full-range. Launch observations captured 2026-06-13 were approximately $3,000 TVL, $0.001/HORMUZ, and $1M implied FDV; they are historical observations, not current market values. See DEPLOYMENTS.md and LIQUIDITY-CHECKLIST.md. The liquidity prerequisite for the visibility paths below is therefore satisfied; each now has its own remaining gate.
First swap landed 2026-06-13 (tx 0x47159c96…f02f8). DEX Screener indexed the pair at that time, but its pair API returned no pair on 2026-07-14; current DEX Screener coverage is therefore unconfirmed. The exact DexTools Base pair page was independently verified live on 2026-07-14. GeckoTerminal continues to show the live on-chain pool.
Now unblocked, gated only as noted:
- DEX Screener indexing — previously observed; re-confirm the pair before linking or purchasing metadata.
- DEX Screener Enhanced Token Info purchase — owner-paid and deferred while current pair coverage is unconfirmed (G5).
- CoinGecko listing request — unblocks after ~7d of organic trading on the pair (G6).
- CoinMarketCap listing request — same ~7d organic-trading gate (G7).
- Trust Wallet
assetsPR — still gated on trade activity + holder optics. - Uniswap default-token-list inclusion review — still gated on demonstrable liquidity/volume.
- Price / market cap / FDV citation on the site — the ≈$1M FDV was a 2026-06-13 launch observation derived from pool slot0. Any current citation must be freshly observed and date-stamped; copy must not claim depth.
What Is Blocked Until Trading Volume Exists
Even with a pool live, several aggregators and exchanges weight sustained volume. These items require at minimum two to four weeks of organic 24h volume above noise level on the Base pool.
- CoinGecko approval (not just submission). Empty pairs are commonly declined.
- CoinMarketCap approval and supply audit.
- Uniswap Labs default-token-list merge.
- Trust Wallet assets-repo merge (their reviewers gate on volume + holders).
- Any conversation with a Tier-2 CEX listings team (Gate, Bybit, Kraken). They will ask for trailing volume on the Base pair before responding.
What Is Blocked Until Holder / Community Metrics Exist
Holder distribution and community activity are evaluated separately from raw volume.
- Coinbase / Binance / Binance.US / Crypto.com / Upbit assessment. All require evidence of broad holder base and active, real community (not spam).
- Uniswap default-token-list reviewer sign-off.
- Trust Wallet repository maintainers will check holder count via BaseScan.
- Any "marketing partner" relationship with a MM, KOL, or launchpad.
Target signals platforms look for (these are observed industry norms, not promises):
- Holders trending up week over week, not concentrated in a few wallets.
- Real X / Telegram engagement (not bots, not airdrop-farming spam).
- GitHub activity at the official repo.
- Press coverage from credible crypto outlets (not paid placements alone).
What Is Blocked Until Security & Legal Packets Exist
For Tier-1 CEX conversations (Coinbase, Binance, Binance.US, Kraken, Crypto.com, Bybit, Upbit) and for inclusion in conservative wallet token lists, an audit and a legal memo are effectively mandatory.
- Third-party smart-contract audit (CertiK, Hacken, SlowMist, Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin, ConsenSys Diligence, Quantstamp). HORMUZ is a vanilla immutable ERC-20, so audit scope is small but the report still matters as a signal.
- Howey-style legal memo from a U.S.-qualified attorney covering whether HORMUZ is offered as a security in the U.S.
- MiCA whitepaper, filed with an EEA National Competent Authority, if EEA listings are desired (Kraken EEA listings require this 20 business days pre-listing).
- DAXA-aligned documentation pack if Korean exchanges (Upbit) are pursued.
- Insurance / proof-of-reserves disclosures only if the treasury structure changes.
Current Next Actions
- Reverify production URLs and final-logo bytes immediately before using them in each restored form.
- Run and record a fresh per-venue name-and-address screen immediately before each later aggregator or CEX submission.
- Keep CoinCodex, DropsTab, and Coinranking described as submitted, pending, and not approved until stable public venue pages exist.
- Restore the six remaining forms (CoinCheckup, CoinLore, LiveCoinWatch, CoinCarp, TokenInsight, Blockspot) from the corrected canonical sheet; do not treat any discarded pane state as current.
- Re-confirm DEX Screener before describing it as live; DexTools was independently verified live on 2026-07-14 and should be rechecked when publishing a new dated status.
- Treat any new pool, liquidity deepening, wallet signature, fee, or final submission as a separately approved action.
Historical snapshot — superseded
The gate ladder, sequencing, public-site proposal, and 30/60/90 plan below are retained as dated planning provenance. Their pre-launch pool-creation steps and "no submissions" framing are superseded by the current snapshot above.
Decision Gates (G0-A → G15)
The strongest plan approved on 2026-06-08 (recorded in the project's internal planning archive) installs a 20-gate ladder. Each gate requires owner approval and a named artifact. No gate is bundled. Plan v2 inserts five pre-launch compliance / treasury gates before G1.
| # | Gate | Artifact / location |
|---|---|---|
| G0-A | Sanctions & adverse-media screening for the HORMUZ name | SANCTIONS-NAME-SCREENING.md |
| G0-B | Treasury & distribution policy | TREASURY-DISTRIBUTION-POLICY.md |
| G0-C | Circulating-supply attestation method | CIRCULATING-SUPPLY-ATTESTATION.md |
| G0-D | Liquidity operations policy | LIQUIDITY-OPERATIONS-POLICY.md |
| G0-E | CEX budget & quote log | Internal operating document, not public. Available to counsel, auditors, market makers, and listing venues under appropriate review. |
| G1 | Commission audit | Internal operating document, not public. Available to counsel, auditors, market makers, and listing venues under appropriate review. |
| G2 | Commission U.S. Howey memo | Internal operating document, not public. Available to counsel, auditors, market makers, and listing venues under appropriate review. |
| G3 | Publish /tokenlist.json + Access Status section |
Self-hosted JSON validated against Uniswap schema; site mockup |
| G4 | Create Uniswap V3 pool | LIQUIDITY-CHECKLIST.md Manual Confirmation filled against G0-D values; launch-day playbook ready (internal operating document, not public) |
| G5 | Buy DEX Screener Enhanced Token Info | Pool live ≥6h; Ledger-signed proof-of-control text prepared |
| G6 | Submit CoinGecko | Internal submit gate met per LIQUIDITY-OPERATIONS-POLICY.md §2 |
| G7 | Submit CoinMarketCap | Rewritten description; supply-audit signed message |
| G8 | File Uniswap default-token-list issue | Audit summary + 30d aggregator visibility (low priority — addition not guaranteed) |
| G9 | File Trust Wallet PR | Assets-app preflight clean; review fee accepted as non-refundable |
| G10 | Engage MM | Internal operating document, not public. Available to counsel, auditors, market makers, and listing venues under appropriate review. |
| G11 | Submit Kraken | Internal operating document, not public. Available to counsel, auditors, market makers, and listing venues under appropriate review. |
| G12 | Form legal entity | Internal operating document, not public. Available to counsel, auditors, market makers, and listing venues under appropriate review. |
| G13 | Submit Gate.io | Entity formed; written quote on file (internal operating document, not public) |
| G14 | Submit Coinbase (parallel to G11) | Same packet as Kraken |
| G15 | Bybit / Crypto.com / MiCA / Korean entity | Each a separate decision; written quotes required |
Audit re-deploy policy: under G1, a material audit finding before any liquidity exists permits a redeploy + reverify (cheap pre-liquidity). After liquidity exists, redeploy becomes a separate G-level decision with much higher cost — immutability is by then part of the trust story.
Reframed goal: maximum eligible distribution, not "all platforms." Every serious platform keeps absolute discretion.
Sequencing (historical)
The sequence below is the order of operations recommended for HORMUZ. Each step is gated on owner approval; this document does not authorize any of them.
- Verified contract + official site complete. ✅ Done.
- Owner-approved Uniswap V3 HORMUZ/USDC pool on Base mainnet. See LIQUIDITY-PLAN.md and LIQUIDITY-CHECKLIST.md. Pool address and URL get recorded in DEPLOYMENTS.md.
- Confirm DEX Screener auto-indexing within minutes of the pool's first swap. Purchase Enhanced Token Info only after the pair is stable.
- Submit CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap listing requests after at least 7 days of organic trading activity, not before.
- File self-hosted token list + Uniswap Labs default-token-list PR referencing the live pool, audit (if commissioned), and volume metrics.
- Submit Trust Wallet assets PR once holder count and trading activity meet their thresholds.
- Build proof packet: volume chart, holder distribution chart, community metrics, GitHub activity, audit summary, legal memo summary. Saved as evidence in LISTING-DATA-ROOM.md.
- Mid-tier CEX outreach (Gate, Bybit, MEXC-class). Only after the proof packet is real.
- Tier-1 CEX outreach (Kraken first, then Coinbase, then Binance / Binance.US / Crypto.com). Only after months of sustained traction, an audit, and a legal memo.
- Robinhood / Revolut / Upbit do not accept direct applications. They are downstream of Tier-1 listings. Do not "apply" — those forms do not exist publicly.
Do Not Fake Listings Rule (historical policy retained)
The following are prohibited on hormuz.meme, social profiles, GitHub READMEs, marketing copy, partner decks, or any other public surface:
- Showing exchange logos (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.) implying HORMUZ trades there when it does not.
- Using "as featured on" / "available on" / "listed on" language without a verifiable public record at the named platform.
- Showing CoinGecko / CoinMarketCap badges before the token is approved and visible at a stable URL on those sites.
- Claiming "audit in progress" without a signed engagement letter.
- Claiming "legal review complete" without a written memo.
- Implying guaranteed price, FDV, returns, yield, backing, redemption, peg, rebates, inflation protection, or risk-free status. See MARKETING-RULES.md and DISCLAIMER.md.
- Posting screenshots cropped to hide that a pair is on a testnet or has near-zero liquidity.
- Using third-party "fast-track listing" services that promise placement on Binance / Coinbase / Upbit. They are scams.
If a platform requires that the project remove a misleading claim, take it down within 24 hours and log the incident in the team channel.
Public Site Recommendation: Access Status Section (historical proposal)
The site should carry an "Access status" section that reflects only verifiable state. Suggested structure:
HORMUZ access status
- Network: Base mainnet
- Contract: 0xf912a4A0c374a33f192d0657719cE107194573F1 (verified on BaseScan)
- DEX: live — Uniswap V3 HORMUZ/USDC (Base), pool 0x20c4…8674. GeckoTerminal and DexTools live; DEX Screener currently unconfirmed.
- Supply snapshot: 1,500,000 circulating at Base block 48584505
- Aggregator requests: CoinCodex submitted 2026-07-14, pending review, not approved; DropsTab and Coinranking submitted 2026-07-15, each after a fresh venue-specific OFAC screen, pending review, not approved; the six remaining free forms require restoration and none has been submitted
- Wallets: not yet on Trust Wallet assets repo
- Centralized exchanges: none submitted
- Official X: https://x.com/hormuzians
Last updated: 2026-07-14
Rules for this section:
- Each row links to a public record (BaseScan, the live pool URL, CoinGecko URL, the merged PR, etc.) only after that record exists.
- Until a row is verifiably true, it reads "not yet" — never "coming soon" with a logo, never a vague "in review."
- The "Last updated" line is rendered from a static timestamp committed in the repo; if it is more than 30 days old, the build pipeline warns.
- Removing an item (e.g., a delisting) is reflected immediately. Do not leave stale rows.
A separate "Roadmap" section may discuss intent ("we plan to apply to CoinGecko after sustained trading") provided it is clearly forward-looking and contains no logos of platforms HORMUZ does not appear on. Wording must comply with MARKETING-RULES.md.
30 / 60 / 90 Day Plan (historical)
Day 0 reference: the date of the next status review, not the date of this file. Each item is owner-gated; this plan does not authorize any of them.
Days 0–30 (historical preparation plan)
- [x] Finalize transparent logo files locally at the stable target sizes recorded in LISTING-DATA-ROOM.md; deployment verification remains separate.
- [ ] Finalize one-paragraph and one-page descriptions of HORMUZ, free of profit/redemption/peg claims.
- [ ] Author self-hosted Uniswap token list JSON; host at
hormuz.meme/tokenlist.json. - [ ] Reserve and lock down identical handles on X, Telegram, Farcaster, Reddit.
- [x] Implement an honest access-status section; update it with the live pool and current request states.
- [ ] Solicit at least two audit quotes from reputable firms; do not sign yet.
- [ ] Solicit at least one legal memo quote (Howey, MiCA scope). Do not sign yet.
- [ ] Draft the proof-packet template in LISTING-DATA-ROOM.md with empty fields.
- [ ] Owner-approval decision on whether to create the Uniswap pool.
Days 30–60 (Conditional on owner-approved pool creation)
- [ ] If approved: execute Uniswap V3 HORMUZ/USDC pool creation per LIQUIDITY-CHECKLIST.md. Record pool address + URL in DEPLOYMENTS.md.
- [ ] Within 24h of first swap: confirm DEX Screener auto-indexed the pair. Screenshot, archive in data room.
- [ ] Update "Access status" on the site with the live pool row and link.
- [ ] Begin daily snapshot of volume + holder count for the proof packet.
- [ ] If pool has run cleanly for at least 7 days with non-trivial organic volume: submit CoinGecko request. Submit CoinMarketCap request.
- [ ] Purchase DEX Screener Enhanced Token Info (logo, description, social links) once a pair is stable.
- [ ] File the self-hosted token list publicly; open Uniswap default-token-list issue/PR only after volume + audit data is real.
- [ ] If audit budget approved: sign audit engagement.
- [ ] If legal budget approved: sign legal engagement.
Days 60–90 (Conditional on real traction)
- [ ] If CoinGecko approved: update site "Access status" with CoinGecko URL. Same for CoinMarketCap.
- [ ] File Trust Wallet assets PR when holder count and trading activity have passed their stated thresholds.
- [ ] Compile the proof packet (volume chart, holder chart, community metrics, GitHub activity) in LISTING-DATA-ROOM.md.
- [ ] If audit complete: publish full report + summary, attach to the data room.
- [ ] If legal memo complete: attach summary (not the full memo) to the data room.
- [ ] Begin mid-tier CEX conversations only with the proof packet ready.
- [ ] Do not approach Tier-1 CEXes or Robinhood / Revolut / Upbit. They are explicitly out of scope for the first 90 days.
After 90 days, review against this document, update status, and decide the next quarter.
Open Questions for Owner Approval (historical)
Items in this list block forward progress until the owner answers them.
- Should HORMUZ commission an audit, and if so at what budget?
- Should HORMUZ commission a U.S. legal memo (Howey) and an EEA MiCA whitepaper?
- Approval for any future liquidity deepening of the existing Uniswap V3 HORMUZ/USDC pool.
- Approval to purchase DEX Screener Enhanced Token Info post-pool.
- Public-facing "Access status" section copy sign-off.
