Total supply is 1,000,000,000 HORMUZ with 18 decimals, minted once at deployment to the HORMUZ Treasury Controller (hardware cold wallet). The contract source is verified on BaseScan.
At the published snapshot, circulating supply is computed as total supply − treasury balance − deployer balance: 1,000,000,000 − 998,499,900 − 100 = 1,500,000 HORMUZ. The method is reproducible against BaseScan by any party, and the full attestation is published in the circulating-supply record.
